“The DOGE Team is looking for world-class talent to work long hours identifying/eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse,” the department stated on X. “These are full-time, salaried positions for software engineers, InfoSec engineers, financial analysts, HR professionals, and, in general, all competent/caring people.”

The department has not disclosed specific salary ranges for the advertised positions. Elon Musk, in a November 2024 post, suggested that DOGE employees might not receive pay, though it remains unclear whether this applies to all roles.
