According to the latest World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) report, these are the top 10 nations in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2025.

10. China – 56.6

China secured 10th place with a score of 56.6. Its strong performance in patent filings, tech clusters, and manufacturing-driven innovation continues to keep it in the global top tier.

9. Denmark – 56.9

Denmark achieved the 9th spot with 56.9 points. Ranking second overall among institutions, first in ICT access, and fifth in online creativity, the country’s digital strength and governance model have enhanced its innovation capacity.
