The 27-year-old TikTok personality was indicted on felony and misdemeanor charges after filming himself spraying bug spray on food items at a Walmart in Mesa, Arizona.

According to police reports, Smith was arrested on December 21, just days after the incident, which occurred on December 19. He allegedly entered the Walmart to film a prank for his social media followers. He picked up a can of Hot Shot Ultra Bed Bug and Flea Killer from the shelf without paying and proceeded to spray it on various produce items, including fruits, vegetables, and rotisserie chickens.
