All four victims were discovered dead on July 29 in Dyer County, Tennessee. A surviving infant—believed to be related to all four victims—was found abandoned on the front lawn of a nearby residence.

According to the Dyer County Police Department, Drummond is wanted on multiple charges, including:

Former NYPD Detective: “A Failure of Oversight”

Security expert and former NYPD detective Pat Brosnan said the photos indicate a complete breakdown in prison oversight.

“There was a measure of irresponsibility, neglect, and probably some recklessness,” Brosnan told Fox News Digital. “These types of facilities are supposed to conduct routine cell inspections or ‘shakedowns’ to ensure no drugs or contraband get in. That clearly didn’t happen here.”

Brosnan added it’s “absolutely” possible Drummond had help from inside the prison system. Drummond had four previous charges related to bringing contraband into a correctional facility.

Released Despite New Attempted Murder Charge

Even more troubling, Drummond was out on bond at the time of the quadruple killings—despite facing a 2024 attempted murder charge. Officials have confirmed that the charge stemmed from an incident that occurred while he was still incarcerated.
